this was the scene of the celebration in my neighborhood.


i was honored to be in the fine company of dear friends and strangers alike at last night's - best election ever - victory party for barack obama. we danced in the streets, we exchanged high fives with passersby, and we let out a unified shout "yes we can!"

don't stop believin' folks!

every time obama takes another state i turn this song up, let loose with the "whooooooo's!" and sing along, "obama!" there's going to be dancing tonight, i just know it.
